Back on Track is an outpatient aftercare program that ensures the successful reintegration of teens who have attended residential treatment programs. Back on Track assists teens in transitioning back to their schools, social networks, and families.
We accomplish this through a skillfully interwoven and professionally guided series of support groups for teens, parents, and families. These groups are geared towards supporting teens and parents, improving communication, aiding with readjusting the family system and empowering parents.
